Bellevue, WA --  CFO Selections is pleased to announce that it is now able to meet the increased demand for its consulting services from technology companies in the biotech and life science sectors. The company has added Howard Mendelsohn, an experienced biotech financial executive, as a Senior Associate in its professional services practice.

Howard is a seasoned financial executive with more than 25 years of leadership success in public and private technology and life science companies. As CAO of ICOS Corporation, he completed several corporate development and joint venture alliances with major pharmaceutical firms. In addition, he oversaw several public and private equity offerings. As VP-Finance for Expedia, Inc. he executed various technology and corporate acquisitions and oversaw its financial functions across multiple international locations during the company's rapid growth phase.

Immediately prior to joining CFO Selections, Howard was President of Avitar Partners, where he assisted medical device, e-commerce, and other companies in reorganizing and streamlining their businesses and enhancing profitability. He also collaborated with entrepreneurs to raise working capital and other financing, and created financial structures and reorganizations for growth and acquisition purposes.

Howard holds a BS in Biochemistry and Business Management from the University of California, and is a Certified Management Accountant.
