Peggy O'Reilly Joins CFO Selections

Bellevue, WA -- CFO Selections welcomes Peggy O'Reilly as a new associate in its professional  services practice.  Peggy has more than 25 years of private and public company experience as a VP Finance and Operations, Corporate Controller, and Accounting Manager primarily in the software industry. She is a strong financial operations executive and strategic planner with an emphasis on early stage and start-up companies.

Peggy was VP of Finance and Operations at Attenex Corporation until their successful sale to FTI Consulting, Inc. in June 2008. Prior to Attenex, Peggy was the Corporate Controller for Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. where she was integral in taking the company public raising $52M in capital. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, establishing European operations, acquiring private funding (both angel and VC), and system implementations.

Peggy is a Washington State CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from City University.
