Pearl Chan to Join Cheezburger Network as Chief Financial Officer

 
Former CFOS Associate to manage Cheezburger Network's rapid growth as it continues to tap into the Internet zeitgeist

Bellevue, WA  – Cheezburger Network (cheezburger.com), the largest humor network in the world, today announced that Pearl Chan has joined the company as chief financial officer. Immediately prior to joining Cheezburger, Pearl was a CFO Selections senior associate, working with early stage and emerging companies in Seattle's technology sector, including Picnik, the photo editing service which was recently acquired by Google. She is a strong financial operations executive and strategic planner with experience in financial management, creation and oversight of strategic alliances, building and managing joint ventures, and execution of IPOs as well as mergers and acquisitions.
