CFO Selections Named a Medal Winner of Washington's Best Workplaces by Puget Sound Business Journal

SEATTLE, WA — August 14, 2008 - CFO Selections was named as a Bronze medal winner of the Washington's Best Workplaces award by the Puget Sound Business Journal at an event which drew more than 1,200 people to Safeco Field on Aug. 13.

The Washington's Best Workplaces program was launched last year by the Business Journal to identify and recognize best practices in the hiring and retention of great people. After an extensive and rigorous process, which included more than 300 nominees and the completion of surveys by nominee-company employees across the state, workplaces in four different categories were identified as Washington's best, based on their various employee benefit offerings, leadership culture and work/life balance philosophies. In total, 65 companies made the grade as finalists.

At the awards event on Aug. 13, the companies with the top three scores in the small, medium and large company categories and the top-scoring organization in the nonprofit category were given special recognition and subsequently profiled in a special publication of the Business Journal published on Aug. 15.
