CFO Selections Acquires Financial Consulting Practice of Next Step Solutions

Bellevue, WA — CFO Selections (CFOS), a Bellevue based finance and accounting consulting firm, announced the acquisition of the financial consulting practice of Edmonds based Next Step Solutions today. Joining CFO Selections as senior associate will be former practice leader and founder Dennis Purvine, CPA.

Next Step Solutions, founded in 2001, is a team of business consultants specializing in providing operational, financial, and management guidance to entrepreneurs and small-to medium-sized businesses. The accounting and financial consulting practice, formerly headed by Purvine, will be folded into the CFOS professional services division led by Managing Partner, Tom Varga.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the month.
