Isn't My Business Too Big For QuickBooks?

The QuickBooks® family of products includes several versions which fit the needs of different sized businesses.   Our specialty is QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, the higher-end suite from Intuit that handles up to 30 concurrent users, and up to 100,000 inventory items, customers, employees, and vendors -- at a fraction of the price of most mid-market accounting packages.

Enterprise Solutions has a powerful, new industry-standard SQL database to deliver the best performance for the application.  If you need additional or industry specific features, there are several hundred add-on packages available to extend the software's functionality, including Field Service Management, Warehouse Management, and Point of Sale.

To maximize multiple user productivity, Enterprise Solutions multi-user mode is optimized for Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003 client-server networks. You also now have the option of hosting your database server on a Linux operating system. Enterprise Solutions is also Windows Terminal Services compliant, so you can centrally locate Enterprise Solutions on a single server and provide access to your multiple users via the LAN or WAN for remote locations.

Does QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Have Good Security and an Audit Trail?

Yes!  The system has both. 

With distinct permissions for over 115 individual reports, bank accounts, lists and activities, you can give your employees access to exactly the information and activities they need to do their jobs, without overexposing your data to accidental or intentional misuse. Each user's access level can be customized to view-only, create, modify, delete, print or any combination thereof.

There is an audit trail, and it's always on.  The software automatically tracks all the additions, deletions, and modifications made to transactions in the Company data file. This record of tracked changes ensures that an accurate record of your financial data is maintained.
