Nondiscrimination Statement


The CFOS Foundation values organizations within our community that reflect and promote diversity in Washington State. We seek grantees that incorporate diversity into their work and strive to create diverse governance boards, relationships with partner organizations and to serve diverse children constituents.

The CFOS Foundation recognizes that the future strength of this community rests firmly on its commitment to value, respect and embrace the richness of a diverse citizenry.

The CFOS Foundation seeks to enhance the quality of life for all children in Washington State as our dynamic community continues to grow and change.

The CFOS Foundation believes no child should be excluded from agency services and will not fund organizations that engage in unlawful discrimination on the basis of age, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation, political affiliation or religious belief, or for any other discriminatory reason.

The CFOS Foundation requires grant applicants to hold similar standards and provide a written statement documenting their agreement. Grant applications from organizations known to have discriminatory policies will not be considered.
