The CFOS Foundation has established a Donor Advised Fund with the Seatle Foundation and is subject to all the policies, procedures, terms and conditions governing such funds at the Seattle Foundation. You can learn more at www.seattlefoundation.org.
The Seattle Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization which provides the CFOS Foundation with compliance reporting , grant distribution and funds investment services in addition to ongoing education and foundation consultative support.

IMPORTANT
Under "Designation (Optional)" please enter "CFOS Foundation Donor Advised Fund" and your contribution will be routed to our fund. Otherwise, your donation will go into the Seattle Foundations' general community fund and not to the CFOS Foundation acccount.
Alternatively, you can send your contribution directly to the CFOS Foundation and we will deposit it for you. The Foundation mailing adress can be found under Contact Us.
