The business model for CFO Selections was conceived after 25 years of working with small and mid-sized businesses and listening to entrepreneurs and executives lament about the lack of experienced financial talent on an as-needed, affordable basis. Consequently in 2002, we launched a business staffed with a team of seasoned financial professionals and created a business model uniquely tailored to meet the needs of small and mid-sized companies. In 2006 we added permanent recruiting and search services to our consulting model and thereby now address the total needs a company may have for senior financial or accounting talent.We are extremely proud of our team of CFO's, Controllers, and search professionals. They represent the best of the Northwest with decades of practical and professional experience in addition to extensive community involvement and a legacy of volunteerism.
