Mike is accomplished IT professional with more than 30 years of experience as a QuickBooks consultant, project manager, program manager, and programmer. Prior to joining CFO Selections, he was Founder and Principal at White Rabbit Services, where he worked with numerous retail firms to install and customize QuickBooks as part of Intuit's Retail Solution Provider program. He is skilled in business analysis and enjoys helping companies bridge the gap between technology and their business needs.
Mike has a BS in Computer Science from Seattle Pacific University and a Master of Software Engineering from Seattle University. He is a certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks, QuickBooks Enterprise, and QuickBooks Point of Sale. Mike lives with his wife and two children in Somerset, where he enjoys supporting his wife's entrepreneurial endeavors and attending his children's sporting events.

Eric Downs Résumé
Eric Downs joins CFO Selections with over 15 years experience working with a variety of companies to help them improve their accounting processes and systems. Most recently he was the Founder and Owner of Foothills Consulting Group, where he built a large practice helping companies install and configure Intuit's QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions system. Foothills was a charter member of the Intuit® Solutions Provider program, and in 2008 was awarded Intuit's Customer Delight Performance Award for outstanding achievement in selling and implementing Intuit's software.
Eric also has experience as a hands-on manager in companies ranging from small businesses to large corporate environments. He knows the challenges of running a business day-to-day, and he leverages that knowledge to ensure that his clients get an accounting system that truly meets their needs, at an affordable price, with minimal disruption to their ongoing operations.
Eric holds a BSBA (Finance) from San Jose State University, and is a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, and Certified consultant for Corrigo Field Service ES. He lives in Issaquah with his wife and two children.
Charlotte Morin
Charlotte Morin is an experienced IT professional and entrepreneur with 18 years of experience in both small companies and large corporate environments. During eleven years at The Boeing Company, Charlotte led and participated in numerous teams to install and integrate business systems, including acting as project lead for a year-long project to install desktop computer systems at multiple locations in four states. After leaving Boeing, she worked as a consultant leading an inter-departmental team to install a recurring billing system at a telecommunications company. Most recently, she co-founded a retail firm, where she managed accounting staff and day-to-day accounting processes, monthly and yearly closes, and financial reporting.
Charlotte graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and is a certified consultant for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. She lives in Redmond with her husband and two sons.
Ed Morin
Ed Morin joins CFO Selections with more than 25 years of experience as an IT professional and entrepreneur in the high-tech and e-commerce industries . He has created several businesses from the ground up, and understands both the importance of having the right financial data available, and the technology to make it happen. As a member of The Alternate Board, he acted as advisor to multiple businesses over a nine-year period. Ed began his professional career as a systems administrator at Tektronix, in Portland OR. He was manager of computer and network operations for Motorola's Mobile Data Division before starting his own internet service provider, which he sold to a public company in 1997. He was a technology manager in several other firms before starting his second company, Drumbalaya LLC, which offered customized electronic music equipment to the retail market.
Ed holds a BS degree in Business Administration (Management) from Portland State University, and is a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, and a Certified consultant for Corrigo Field Service ES. He lives in Redmond with his family, and enjoys playing the drums and volunteering.
