Leann is an experienced CFO, Controller, and financial consultant with 25+ years of experience spanning hospitality and nonprofit organizations focused on connecting children and adults with nature and the outdoors.
She provides fractional, interim, contract, and project-based CFO leadership, helping CEOs, Boards, and executive teams navigate financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, operational improvement, and organizational transitions.
Leann’s corporate experience includes finance leadership with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, supporting major hospitality properties. Her nonprofit leadership includes CFO/COO roles with organizations serving children and adults through outdoor and nature-based programs. She brings a practical, hands-on approach to consulting and has helped clients identify $600,000 in recurring annual savings through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and expenditure review.
Based in Colorado, Leann provides in-person and remote consulting services throughout Fort Collins, Boulder, and Denver.
