Lee has more than twenty years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Most recently, she was the Executive Director at the Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA), where she provided strategic leadership and worked closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the ongoing growth and economic sustainability of the organization. As the de facto CFO, she oversaw a $3.5M organizational budget.
At Solid Ground, a Seattle-based housing and family stability NPO, Lee managed a $2M administrative budget. As part of the executive management team, she aided in overseeing a $19M agency budget while practicing fiscal accountability, setting fund development objectives, analyzing program viability, and measuring growth toward capital goals.
Lee began her career as a tax accountant, with a focus on individuals and partnerships. She holds a Master of Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Colorado.
