Karissa Aleskus
Karissa has nearly 20 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer in the manufacturing, technology, and services sectors, including startups.
Most recently, Karissa worked as CFO of Bastion Security Inc. where she developed a streamlined, productive, and efficient administrative team through implementation of a new ERP system and a highly effective controls system. Prior to that, she served as CFO for 15 years in the lumber and manufacturing industries. She has managed all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, IT, and HR for multiple companies. Karissa has international experience with Fortune 10 companies as well as start-up and growth experience with small, Pacific Northwest-based companies.
Karissa is a licensed CPA in both Oregon and Washington and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Oregon.
