Joe Stanik
Joe is a result-driven finance and operations leader with over 17 years of management experience in various industries including food manufacturing, high-tech electronics manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, on-line and traditional retail, and merchandise services. He has extensive experience in high growth and distressed environments and thrives in dynamic situations.
He has an extensive financial management background in accounting, financial reporting, strategic planning and budgeting, cash management, acquisitions and divestitures, and business system implementations. His operational background includes process redesign and efficiency, project management, and job costing.
Prior to joining CFO Selections, Joe created a food manufacturing business, bringing an owner’s perspective to each new opportunity. He has had the lead Finance role at various organizations and successfully developed finance, IT, HR, supply chain, facilities, and operational teams.
Joe holds an MBA from the Keller Institute of Management at DeVry University, a BA in Business Administration and Finance, and a BS in Psychology, from Washington State University. He oversees a family business in Seattle part time, lives in Snohomish, and enjoys spending time outdoors with family.
