Mark is an accomplished business executive with over 30 years of senior level experience in financial planning, analysis, and operational leadership. Utilizing lean principles and excellent communication skills, he has delivered significant top and bottom-line growth while managing the risk associated with dynamic growth. Similarly, as a Board Member, he has worked with non-profit management teams to increase the impact of non-profit organizations through controlled growth strategies.
Prior to joining CFO Selections, Mark most recently served as the Divisional Vice President of Retail Operations for REI, a $3.7 billion outdoor retailer. Mark oversaw significant profitable growth in REI’s cycle business and run business, and served the co-op as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis before moving over to the retail division. Mark also served on the Board of the King County Sexual Assault Resource Center as the organization tripled in size over a 15-year period.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from Pacific Lutheran University. He enjoys spending time with his wife, their three adult children, and their families.
