Erika is a relationship-driven business development and marketing professional with a strong background in cultivating meaningful connections, strengthening professional communities, and creating opportunities for organizations and business leaders to grow.

Prior to joining CFO Selections®, Erika served as the Membership & Marketing Manager for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter, where she worked closely with executives, business owners, private equity professionals, investment bankers, advisors, sponsors, and other leaders throughout the North Texas middle-market community.

During her time with ACG DFW, Erika developed a passion for relationship-building and connecting people in ways that create lasting professional value. Through membership development, strategic marketing, networking initiatives, and more than 40 events annually, she helped strengthen engagement across the chapter while building trusted relationships throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth business community. Her experience also included supporting chapter leadership, committees, sponsors, and members while helping create opportunities for professionals to connect, collaborate, and do business together.

Erika brings that same relationship-first approach to CFO Selections® and is excited to continue expanding her network, developing new business opportunities, and serving the North Texas business community.
