Brian Lochkos is based in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. He is a strategic finance executive and Big Four consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations strengthen financial performance, improve operations, and navigate periods of growth, transition, and financial distress.

His background spans private equity-backed companies, manufacturing, oilfield services, logistics, software, nonprofit organizations, and startups.

Brian has served as Chief Financial Officer for Tarrant Area Food Bank, Epic Lift Systems / Tally Energy Services, and Allied Oil & Gas Services. He has led finance, accounting, treasury, human resources, information technology, procurement, risk management, and insurance functions for organizations with revenue exceeding $150 million and operations across as many as 26 locations. He is experienced in board and private equity reporting, lender relations, refinancing, audit and tax oversight, budgeting and forecasting, working-capital improvement, and contract negotiations.

His transaction and transformation experience includes helping sell a PE-backed manufacturer at 9x EBITDA, contributing to a 4x shareholder return; integrating an equally sized acquisition in three months while realizing more than $2 million in annualized savings; and helping position an energy-services company for a transaction that ultimately became part of a half-billion-dollar combination. As a consultant and interim CFO, Brian has stabilized distressed companies, secured critical financing, developed bank- and investor-ready financial packages, uncovered a tax error worth more than $700,000, and designed startup business plans supported by significant private equity investment.

Brian also brings deep systems and analytics expertise. He has created driver-based planning models, automated financial statements and operational reporting, and built ERP-connected SQL and Power BI solutions for real-time decision support. Earlier in his career, he was a Consulting Manager in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations practice, where he supported finance transformation, shared-services, SAP implementation, controllership, and close-improvement initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Allied Waste, Nestle USA, and HealthSouth. He previously served as Senior Manager of FP&A at Thomson Reuters.

Brian earned an MBA from Eastern Michigan University and a BSBA in Finance from Central Michigan University. Brian also serves on the Board of Directors of the Carter BloodCare Foundation, helping advance its mission of raising and providing financial support for Carter BloodCare’s lifesaving programs and services. Brian lives in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and, outside of work, enjoys traveling, playing golf, and playing hockey.
