Don is a senior finance and operations executive with ranging from early-stage startups to some of the world’s leading technology companies.
Prior to joining CFO Selections, Don was the COO for Oracle Japan where he led the integration of 93 acquisitions during his 7 years in Tokyo. Prior to Oracle he was the CFO for NCR & Teradata Japan.
Don is an operations focused executive who can build capable teams in fast-growing companies. He defines the strategic path from the present to the company vision and then articulates where everyone fits and the amount of investment required to reach the goal. He is skilled in strategic planning, financial modeling, and process improvement.
Don has a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in International Finance from Wright State University. In his free time, he enjoys golf, skiing and spending time with his wife and four kids.
