Robb is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with 35 years’ experience supporting retail, high tech and manufacturing businesses from $30 million to over $900M. Robb is a dynamic leader who utilizes his communication and team building skills alongside his core competencies, in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, M&A support, and IT compliance, to add value to the organization.
Prior to joining CFO Selections®, Robb worked in both the retail and manufacturing industries. As CFO for Lanphere Enterprises, Inc he collaborated with the Owner to create positive company culture fostering teamwork across business units. Robb directly managed HR, IT, Financial Accounting, and Operational Accounting. He worked with banks to secure the needed financing for inventory flooring as well as extensive real estate holding. Robb also worked the operating companies to capture several million dollars in cost savings.
At ADC, he held several progressively more responsible roles, where he developed many reporting systems and tools.
Robb has a BA degree in Economics from the University of California – San Diego.
He also possesses an MBA degree from the University of Portland and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He is based in Newberg (SW Portland), Oregon. Robb and his wife enjoy visiting the local wine country and spending time with their kids and grandkids.
