Matthew Drosendahl
Matt is a results-driven senior finance and accounting professional with over 30 years’ experience in finance, operations, and accounting with exceptional skills in forecasting, reporting and analysis. He has proven success in maximizing cash generation and management of working capital and acts as a valued member of Senior Leadership and mentor to rising talent in the organization. Matt regularly utilizes Lean and Six Sigma techniques to increase efficiency and operational improvement. He is skilled in acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, debt restructuring, operations, human resources, treasury, shareholder relations, union negotiations and litigation support.
Matt began his career at Price Waterhouse, working for a variety of small and middle-market clients. After his time in public accounting, Matt built his experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis for a number of manufacturing companies. Matt has spent the last 16 years as CFO for both large (>$500 million) and small (<$4 million) organizations. He has managed all aspects of an organization from Sales to Operations and HR.
Matt has a BS from the University of Virginia and is a Six-Sigma black belt. Matt serves on multiple Boards of Directors and as the Treasurer for his local Fire Protection District. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and rooting for his favorite hockey team.
