Chris Roske
Chris Roske is a senior finance leader with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling finance and accounting organizations in high growth technology environments. As the Founding Director of Finance at Redfin, Chris created the company’s finance and accounting function and guided it from early-stage startup through IPO readiness, public company operations, and ultimately its acquisition by Rocket Companies.
Chris brings deep expertise across GAAP accounting, operational accounting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, KPI development, audit leadership, tax compliance, and financial systems implementation. He is known for strengthening financial processes and creating clarity through disciplined reporting and operational rigor.
Earlier in his career, Chris held finance and accounting leadership roles at Corbis, Microsoft, and Attachmate, and began his professional journey in public accounting at Arthur Andersen. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University and an M.S. in Finance from Seattle University.
