Mark Westerheide
Mark brings over 30 years of financial experience with a focus not only in manufacturing but also in diverse industries including construction, nonprofit, software, services, distribution, and retail. He has been successful in implementing process improvement and change in companies, including integration of acquisitions.
After starting his career in manufacturing companies, Mark spent 5 years in public accounting including Grant Thornton, before resuming responsibilities for integration of accounting departments, software implementations, due diligence for both acquisitions and sales of companies, budgeting/forecasting, streamlining financial and operational reporting, strategic planning and Board reporting primarily with private equity and venture capital owned companies.
Prior to joining CFO Selections, Mark had transitioned to a consulting practice where he was an interim CFO or Controller and worked with clients to improve cash flows and financial reporting structures.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and is a Washington State CPA.
