David Betts
David Betts is a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience across agriculture, manufacturing, distribution, and social-impact organizations. He brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operational execution, and governance, with a consistent focus on strengthening internal controls, improving processes, and delivering transparent, decision ready financial reporting.
David has served as Chief Financial Officer and senior finance leader for privately held, multinational, and mission driven organizations, including a $60 million B Corp. In these roles, he has partnered closely with executive teams and boards to drive profitable growth, improve working capital, optimize capital structures, and support complex transactions including acquisitions, international expansions, and debt financings.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, David has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in Mexico and supported operations across Latin America, Europe, and Africa. He is bilingual in Spanish and brings a pragmatic, culturally fluent approach to managing cross border teams and stakeholders.
