David Brown
Dave is a seasoned financial executive with more than 30 years of experience supporting privately held, family-owned, and private equity–backed companies. He brings a practical, hands-on approach to financial leadership, helping organizations improve financial clarity, strengthen performance, and navigate periods of growth or transition.
His expertise includes financial planning and analysis, operational restructuring, capital planning, banking relations, due diligence, and board reporting. Dave has held senior leadership roles including President/CEO, COO, and VP-level finance and operations positions in the U.S. and Europe. He began his career at Ernst & Young in San Diego. His industry experience spans manufacturing, professional services, hospitality, consumer products, and automotive rental/retail.
Dave holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Toledo. He is actively involved in community and nonprofit organizations including treasurer and board positions. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, golfing, and traveling.
