Gary Dodge
Gary Dodge offers his clients the knowledge gained from 20+ years of international finance, consulting, M&A and growth advisory experience with PwC, plus more than 12 years of experience working in senior Finance leadership roles. He has worked with hundreds of companies in dozens of industries across the US, Canada and Africa.
Gary is experienced in collaborating with companies and leadership teams at all stages – from start-ups to mature businesses. He has held senior leadership roles in managing 8 businesses, including being CFO of three “small cap” public companies, two of which he took public. He also has extensive M&A and financial due diligence experience, having supported over 50 deals with deal values ranging from $1m to $2.5B.
Gary brings a unique set of skills and experiences to his clients. There are few areas of finance or challenges a business may encounter that he has not already faced. He is a passionate and thoughtful builder, fixer and expander of businesses and teams.
Gary is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and graduated from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia with a BCom. When not working, Gary is a self-proclaimed outdoor adventure junkie, and has a passion for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing and scuba diving. He and his wife love the outdoors and travelling. They split their time adventuring in Lake Tahoe, Clearwater Florida and at their cottage on the ocean in his native Nova Scotia.
