Jing Liu-DiPiero
Jing is an experienced CFO and Controller providing interim, fractional, and project-based financial leadership to domestic and international companies across private equity, SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer products. With more than two decades of experience, she supports organizations on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis, helping executives and investors drive financial performance, scalability, and value creation.
Jing brings deep expertise in controllership, FP&A, strategic finance, treasury, and M&A, with a strong track record of leading finance transformations, improving reporting accuracy, and building scalable financial infrastructure. She has served as an Interim CFO and Controller for private equity portfolio companies, partnering with leadership teams on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and operational finance improvements. Her experience includes guiding companies through rapid growth, ERP implementations, post-merger integrations, and successful exits.
Prior to her consulting work, Jing held senior finance leadership roles including Corporate Controller and Acting CFO at Jars Holdings, Plants by People and Zoomcare where she led the organization through a successful private equity exit, and leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing global treasury and financial operations. She is known for her hands-on, results-oriented approach and ability to quickly assess challenges, stabilize finance functions, and deliver actionable insights.
Jing holds an MBA and was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
