Todd Londa
Todd is a senior executive with 30 years of finance and operations experience with hi-growth companies in telecommunications, software, information technology and food & beverage, for service and manufacturing companies. Todd leverages technical skills and practical experience to collaborate with leadership, boards, and investors to define goals and measure performance.
Todd has managed capital, debt, and M&A transactions to support operating and strategic objectives. At one technology company Todd worked with leadership and investors to first recapitalize and bring the existing business to positive cashflow, and then to execute a plan to rapidly grow the company from $12MM to $400MM through market expansion. This journey included a series of capital raises for $225MM to restructure the current business, secure FCC licenses and build a wireless network to provide broadband services to worldwide aviation markets.
Todd is an operating CFO who implements processes and develops organizations to navigate operating challenges through good planning and execution. Todd is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, and a licensed CPA in Colorado.
