Kris Anderson is an experienced finance executive with a career built around improving companies operating results and the bottom line, by partnering and consulting with senior and operations management to drive process improvement to achieve outstanding results in a repeatable and predictable manner. Kris is skilled in building high performance teams with an emphasis on continuous process improvement, and enhanced forecast accuracy. Kris understands the fundamentals behind the numbers, and how to assist the business executive with the options and actions available to improve the results they desire.
Kris is able to utilize the story the numbers tell, and then to work with the operations team to achieve a higher level of performance. With over 35 years in the manufacturing, technology, engineering, and service industries, he brings strengths in leading teams, strategic planning, execution, cash management, FP&A, full year actionable projections, budget preparation, audit prep, product costing, board meetings and banking relations.
Kris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Finance Law from Portland State University, an MBA from Portland State University, and is a Certified Management Account (CMA). Kris enjoys fly fishing, biking, kayaking, alpine and cross-country skiing, hiking, and other family activities.
