Brenda is a strategic finance leader and experienced Controller and fractional CFO with over 20 years in financial leadership. She helps companies streamline operations, implement scalable systems, and build empowered teams. Her background spans commercial construction, manufacturing, aerospace, and distribution, where she has led initiatives that improved profitability, reduced reporting time, and brought clarity to complex financial environments.
Brenda has led ERP implementations, cleaned up longstanding account issues, and introduced planning tools to support growth and operational alignment. Known for translating complexity into clarity, she builds high-performing teams across Finance, HR, IT, Inventory, and Purchasing, grounded in strengths-based leadership and accountability.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and has completed MBA coursework at City University in Seattle.
Brenda joined CFO Selections to support organizations with interim, fractional, and project-based financial leadership—bringing expertise in system implementation, team development, account cleanup, and budgeting and forecasting tools that drive growth-focused decisions, including product and segment analysis and post-implementation optimization.
