John Lamb
John is a skilled finance professional with a collaborative leadership style that promotes teamwork and buy-in across all organization levels to create strategy that delivers favorable results. John’s professional experience includes strategic and long-range planning, financial planning and analysis, banking, treasury management, financial reporting, risk management, budget, cash flow analysis, forecasting, modeling, compliance, investor relations, tax and audit, and all operational metrics.
Prior to joining CFO Selections, John spent over 20 years at the CFO/Senior Vice President level of both public and private companies, as well as a non-profit organization. The majority of John’s experience has been in roles with real estate companies. He is skilled with all forms of real estate financing, fund raising, and acquisition due diligence, as well as real estate property management. John started his career in public accounting and spent four years with KPMG and three years with Ernst & Young.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Accounting from Whitworth University. He was born and raised in Seattle, and enjoys spending time with his family, attending his son’s baseball games, and spending time at their beach house in Long Beach, Washington.
