Shanna Pratt is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of broad experience spanning large corporations, mid-sized enterprises, small businesses, and start-ups across the healthcare services, advertising, and professional services sectors. Shanna is a highly strategic leader who has successfully managed key finance, accounting, and operational functions within these varied environments. She excels in helping companies analyze their financial performance and implement the strategies, processes, and systems needed to drive growth, improve efficiency, and ensure long-term stability. Shanna has a proven track record of partnering with CEOs, boards, and management teams to enhance financial health and mitigate risk. Prior to her current role as a Fractional CFO Consultant, Shanna served as the Director of Finance FP&A at Kaiser Permanente, where she gained extensive experience in managing large-scale budgets, building stakeholder relationships, and leading cost-saving initiatives that resulted in $40 million in annual savings. During her tenure as Chief Financial Officer at South Sound Behavioral Hospital, she successfully implemented a new financial reporting system that streamlined operations and improved financial transparency, contributing to operational efficiency. Shanna’s early career experience also included conducting financial due diligence for acquisitions, implementing financial systems, and managing external audits, all of which have honed her ability to deliver impactful financial leadership.

Shanna holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Outside of her professional life, Shanna is a dedicated dance mom, loves exploring Washington with her daughter and husband, and enjoys quality time with her three beloved dogs.
