Randy Teuber

Randy-TeuberRandy Teuber is a seasoned senior executive with four decades of experience in oil and gas, financial services, retail, and manufacturing sectors. His career encompasses both public accounting and private companies, where he has consistently demonstrated success in financial reporting, planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capital acquisitions, treasury, currency management, business structures, operational and strategic planning, performance improvement, project management, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining CFO Selections, Randy served as the VP of Global Finance for three years and then as CFO for 15 years at Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. (Dickies brand workwear), a global apparel manufacturing company in Fort Worth, Texas. He has also held various roles such as Controller, Vice President of Finance, and CFO in multiple retail industry companies, including startups and private equity-backed businesses. He played a key role in taking one company public. Randy began his career with Price Waterhouse, LLP in Dallas, Texas, where he spent four years in the audit group collaborating with clients in the oil and gas, financial services, and manufacturing industries.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Evangel University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He served on the Board of Trustees of Evangel University for 18 years, including three years as Board Chair. As the Board Chair, Randy collaborated extensively with the University President and Administration during a period of structural changes. This was part of the consolidation process merging three colleges into one unified university.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas, Randy resides in Keller, Texas, with his wife. He enjoys volunteering at his church and community, leading programs that support the homeless and underserved high school athletic programs. In his leisure time, Randy enjoys lake activities, golfing, singing, and spending time with his family.
