Naresh has a proven track record of navigating the complex financial demands of high-growth, cash-conscious environments. He is uniquely positioned to step into a business to lead targeted, Project-focused initiatives or establish scalable corporate finance frameworks from day one. At Handango Inc., he successfully secured $70M in venture funding, executed a $130M high-yield debt offering, and managed complex credit facilities and covenant compliance with Silicon Valley Bank. His experience in the private equity space includes directing due diligence and financial integration for multiple acquisitions at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS)—originally a subsidiary of American Airlines—and successfully managing the corporate infrastructure during its transition to PE ownership.
Throughout his corporate career, Naresh has held executive leadership seats at market leaders, including serving as Chief Accounting Officer for Topgolf and directing global financial compliance and shared services models at Brink's Inc. During his tenure at Brink's Inc., he also directed corporate budgeting, forecasting, and investment boards, championing rigorous ROI and Economic Value Added (EVA) structures while enforcing customer credit-stability vetting to protect commercial margins. Across these roles, he specialized in turning manual, bottlenecked finance departments into lean, data-driven strategic partners. By implementing right-sized automation and process re-engineering, he has consistently accelerated closing cycles, reduced transaction costs, and optimized working capital metrics like DSO and DPO to free up trapped operational cash. Prior to his executive corporate leadership roles, Naresh built a foundational discipline in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
His sophisticated financial perspective is backed by an impressive array of international qualifications and credentials. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Texas, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong, and both a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant in India.
