Respectful Workplace Policies
CFO Selections is committed to providing a workplace which is free of verbal, physical, and visual forms of harassment and discrimination so that everyone can work in a productive, fun, respectful, safe, and professional environment.
CFO Selections consultants have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients with different human resources policies, guidelines, and company cultures. Consultants will familiarize themselves with the policies of clients upon accepting an assignment and comply with applicable client guidelines during the length of the engagement. These are expected to include, but not be limited to: workplace safety, building and security policies, employment practices, information technology, and security and harassment policies.
Regardless of client policies, harassment or discrimination against any person based on race, color, sex, creed, religion, age, marital status, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, political ideology, or any other status or characteristic protected by local, state, or federal law is strictly prohibited. Consultants who violate this policy are subject to removal from a client project, and may be removed from the CFO Selections team, depending on the severity of the situation.
CFO Selections is committed to taking reasonable steps to prevent harassment and discrimination from occurring and will take immediate and appropriate action when we know that unlawful harassment or discrimination has occurred. To do this, however, we need the cooperation of all team members. Each consultant is responsible for supporting and adhering to this policy. CFO Selections consultants should never tolerate inappropriate behavior.
