Alicia Steward

Alicia-Steward-headshot"I don't just look at the numbers; I look at the people, processes, and systems that create them. My goal is to turn complex financial data into a clear, operational roadmap that empowers teams and gives business owners absolute confidence."

Alicia is a business-focused finance executive who specializes in driving operational and financial transformation for mid-market and high-growth companies. Whether serving as a long-term fractional CFO or step-in interim controller, she bridges the gap between finance and technology. She has a proven track record of guiding organizations through complex ERP migrations, modernizing legacy infrastructure, and drastically reducing close cycles.

She has over 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience across domestic and international distribution, manufacturing, and service industries. As a versatile financial leader, Alicia partners with businesses in the exact capacity they need—offering flexible part-time leadership, executing high-stakes contract engagements, or leading project-focused financial overhauls. She embeds herself as a collaborative partner, establishing cross-functional workflows, elevating corporate fiscal literacy, and developing high-performing teams. By aligning finance with human resources, IT, supply chain, and operations, Alicia eliminates institutional roadblocks, mitigates risk, and unlocks the sustainable cash flow businesses need to scale effectively.

An alumnus of Purdue University, Alicia holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Accounting with an emphasis in Finance. Outside of the office, Alicia fully embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. You can usually find her outdoors hiking local trails, tending to her extensive plant collection, or getting lost in a great fantasy novel. On weekends, she loves perusing Portland’s vibrant street markets, exploring the local coffee shop scene, and riding her Harley with her mini-dachshund, Ruby.
