CFO Selections Honored by The Seattle Foundation & the PSBJ for Corporate Giving

Bellevue, WA — For the seventh consecutive year, CFO Selections has been recognized by The Seattle Foundation and the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the area’s Top Corporate Philanthropists in the “small company” category.  Among those on the list reporting in-kind giving, CFO Selections placed first.

“We believe that companies of all sizes can have a vital role in giving back to communities. Philanthropy is a critical part of our responsibility as business stewards – we believe in the power of a small organizations, deeply engaged in the local community can make a significant difference and a lasting positive change,” said Tom Varga, Executive Manager.

The CFO Selections partners, consultants, and affiliates recognize that the company’s giving is very much a team effort. “This recognition really belongs to our consultants and staff,” said Varga, adding that “through their generous dedication of time and talent we are able to make a difference and ‘move the needle’ in a significant way. Company philanthropy has to be personal, not just a program.”

CFO Selections was chosen based on total corporate and foundation giving in Washington in 2014. The “small company” category included 25 firms with revenues of $20 million per year and below.
