Liesa Rose
Liesa is an accomplished finance and administration executive with more than 25 years of experience leading financial, operational, and administrative functions for both nonprofit and healthcare organizations. Throughout her career, she has provided strategic leadership across finance, operations, human resources, information technology, and administration, helping organizations strengthen performance, achieve financial sustainability, and support mission-driven growth.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, strong business acumen, and attention to detail, Liesa has successfully built high-performing teams and implemented systems and processes that drive operational efficiency and long-term success.
Prior to joining CFO Selections, Liesa served as Director of Finance and Administration for Northwest Healthcare Response Network for more than 11 years. As a member of the executive leadership team, she played a pivotal role in the organization's development from startup through statewide expansion. She established and oversaw the financial and operational infrastructure, including personnel, systems, and business processes, which supported the growth, sustainability, and success of the organization. Her leadership ensured strong financial stewardship, effective resource management, and the operational foundation necessary to advance the organization's mission.
Liesa holds a Master in Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley. She resides in Seattle, WA and enjoys traveling, hiking and theater.
