Jeff Davidson
Jeff is a highly skilled CFO with over 20 years of experience in financial management and ERP systems. His extensive career includes significant roles as an ERP consultant, where he utilized his expertise in systems and databases to drive efficiency and enhance data accessibility. Jeff’s early career in retail instilled a strong customer service orientation, which continues to influence his collaborative and strategic problem-solving approach.
Before joining CFO Selections, Jeff served as the Chief Financial Officer at Associated Energy Systems, where he managed key departments including IT, Purchasing, and Accounting. In this role, Jeff was responsible for a broad range of financial functions such as financial reporting, banking relations, business insurance, employee benefits, and 401(k) plan management. He played a crucial role in streamlining workflows through data integration, significantly reducing manual entry and errors. Notably, Jeff led the successful upgrade of the ERP system from Sage 100 to Acumatica, overseeing all aspects of data migration and system implementation. He also spearheaded the acquisition of Even Temp Distribution, managing negotiations and securing SBA loan financing. Jeff’s expertise in developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports using Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Crystal Reports provided valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Additionally, his collaboration with Cimcloud to build a B2B e-commerce site created a customer portal that enhanced product purchasing and data access, boosting both operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and an inactive CPA license. He has served as a board member for the Northwest HVAC & Plumbing Board Association (NWHPBA) and was an active member of Vistage. Outside of his professional life, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family camping, fishing, boating, and barbecuing.
