Jody Hassemer is a finance and accounting strategic leader with 27 years of experience helping organizations scale, strengthen financial transparency, and improve decision quality.
Recently, she served as a fractional CFO, partnering with owners and internal teams to deliver everything from accounting cleanup and GAAP reporting to budgeting, forecasting, and KPI scorecards. Her leadership has spanned high‑growth and transaction‑heavy environments, including commercial real estate, where she oversaw finance, investor relations, and administration for large deal pipelines. Along the way, she’s built durable teams, implemented processes that stick, and earned recognition as CFO of the Year by the Fort Worth Business Press.
Jody is a licensed CPA in Texas and has earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse.
Outside of work, Jody channels her energy into animal rescue as the founder of Pets Going Places and enjoys staying active through tennis and pickleball. .
