For the tenth year, CFO Selections has been named one of Washington’s Best Companies to Work For by Seattle Business magazine in the Small Companies category.
In its 34th annual list, Seattle Business magazine compiled the best companies to work for based on scores submitted by employees who were asked to confidentially rate their companies. The employees, including management, were asked to rate their employers on categories to measure corporate culture, such as:
- Executive leadership
- Work environment
- Communication
- Training
The companies with the highest scores received the honor of making the list and were divided into three size categories:
- Small Companies (15 to 49 full-time Washington employees)
- Midsize Companies (50 to 150 full-time Washington employees)
- Large Companies (150 plus full-time Washington employees)
