For the tenth year, CFO Selections has been named one of Washington’s Best Companies to Work For by Seattle Business magazine in the Small Companies category.

In its 34th annual list, Seattle Business magazine compiled the best companies to work for based on scores submitted by employees who were asked to confidentially rate their companies. The employees, including management, were asked to rate their employers on categories to measure corporate culture, such as:

• Executive leadership
• Work environment
• Communication
• Training

Each year, Portland Business Journal Oregon's Most Admired Companies ranks the outstanding companies in the region based on votes from top executives. The CFO Selections team is again on the honoree list with companies of excellence in the Recruiting and Consulting category.

CFO Selections is honored to once again be included in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s list of top corporate philanthropists in the region. Each year, the Journal compiles a list based on giving and divides it into three categories according to size, with 25 honorees in each.

This is the 31st year, Seattle Business magazine searched for the top companies in Washington that set the standard for work environment, rewards & recognition, benefits, communications, responsibility & decision-making, and executive leadership for its annual 100 Best Companies to Work For program.
