Bellevue, WA — CFO Selections is pleased to announce that Julie Brown has joined the YMCA of Greater Seattle as their new Chief Financial Officer. Julie has moved from Louisiana to join the Y after spending nine years leading the finance and operations of an architecture firm as well as being a part owner of the firm.
Prior to that role, Julie held numerous senior finance roles, including positions with the Motley Fool. Julie has an MBA from George Washington University and obtained both a CPA and CMA status earlier in her career. Julie played on GWU’s women’s basketball team as a starting point guard, and has a lifetime of experience and commitment to fitness and the development of youth.
