All of the 2012 Washington’s Best Workplaces tout flexible schedules, along with health care and 401(k) plans as best-loved employee perks. Many also have free or subsidized transportation. Here are some of the more unique offerings from finalist companies.
CFO Selections: The ability to work from home, schedule their own hours, get a variety of assignments, and largely “be their own boss” while enjoying the benefits of a larger organization that brings the assignments to them.
